Abuse Prevention Education Programs

Educating people, families, pastors, teachers, and the community is the key to prevention of, and long-term recovery from abuse. Women’s Healing and Empowerment Network has put a heavy emphasis on this very important aspect of our program.  Each year we conduct the national “Being There Conference” that provides a healing experience for men, women, and young adults who have been abused, are abusive or caregivers for individuals dealing with abuse issues.
