Educating individuals, families, pastors, teachers, and the community is the key to prevention of, and long-term recovery from abuse. WHEN puts heavy emphasis on this very important aspect of our program. Each year we conduct the “Being There Conference” that provides a healing experience for men, women, and young adults who have been abused, are abusive or caregivers for individuals dealing with abuse issues. Our educational team conducts support groups, educational events and training programs on a national and international basis.
